Dow is seeking an Emergency Services and Security Dispatcher for the Midland, MI area. The role focuses on emergency communications, prioritization of calls, and dispatching appropriate resources to protect people, property, and operations.

You will operate CAD, radio, and related systems, monitor alarms, and support security operations while following established procedures and discipline. A high school diploma and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new systems.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Receive, assess, and prioritize emergency, non-emergency, and medical calls per procedures.
• Gather location, incident details, conditions, and response needs for timely decisions.
• Dispatch emergency response and security personnel to company facilities and properties.
• Operate CAD, radio, telephone, and related communication systems to coordinate response.
• Monitor radio frequencies, alarms, and security systems to identify concerns and communicate information.
• Use radio terminology, frequencies, paging methods, and protocols to support emergency response.
