Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Gather incident details and support timely decision-making.
• Dispatch emergency response and security personnel to facilities.
• Operate CAD, radio, telephone, and related systems.
• Monitor alarms and security systems; communicate relevant information.
• Use radio terminology and protocols to support effective response.
