Job summary

Dow Midland, MI is seeking an Emergency Services and Security Dispatcher to support site and regional emergency preparedness, communications, and security operations. You will receive and prioritize calls, dispatch response resources, monitor critical systems, and help maintain the ES&S management system.

This role requires a High School diploma, proficiency with Word/Excel, and legal work eligibility in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and prioritize emergency and non‑emergency calls per procedures.
• Gather location, incident details, conditions, and response needs for decisions.
• Dispatch emergency and security personnel to company facilities.
• Operate CAD, radio, telephone, and related systems to coordinate response.
• Monitor alarms and communications; use radio terminology and protocols.
