Job summary

Legends Global in Detroit, MI is seeking a Command Center Specialist to operate in the on-site Operations Center. You will answer calls, dispatch security personnel, monitor CCTV and access control, and maintain records for accuracy.

The role requires at least 3 years of dispatch or emergency communications experience, a high school diploma, strong English communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatch operations, communications, and call center experience in security or emergency services.
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and communicate clearly in English.
• Proficient with CCTV monitoring and record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls to the operations center.
• Coordinate patrol operations via communication and surveillance systems.
• Dispatch patrol personnel to calls for service and maintain records.
