The Recruiting Hive is partnering with a premier regional facility to recruit a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician in Mattoon, IL. This BC/BE role features a high-earning compensation with double-physician coverage and a balanced workload designed to reduce burnout.

You'll work three 10-hour shifts per month, 32-bed ED, and collaborate with on-site specialties including psychiatry, with strong support and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a 32-bed ED.
• Collaborate with a second on-duty physician for double-coverage.
• Stabilize and coordinate transfers for high-acuity cases.
• Maintain timely electronic medical records.
• Work a three-10 hour shift rotation (6a–4p, 1p–11p, 4p–2a).
• Coordinate patient care with inpatient psychiatry and other specialties.
