Qualifications

• RN with Georgia licensure; required
• Minimum 1 year ED experience; required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; required
• Stroke knowledge and ED protocol familiarity
• MEND exam competency; required or demonstrated
• Strong leadership and communication in fast-paced ED environment

Responsibilities

• Directs patient flow and prioritization within the ED.
• Serves as single point of contact for MDs and other providers.
• Coordinate patient placement and admission/transfer processes.
• Monitor room availability, turnaround, and data accuracy on tracking boards.
• Ensure orders, specimens, and procedures are coordinated.
• Communicate disposition readiness to MDs and teams.
