Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program; RN licensure required in GA.
• 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.
• BA or BSN preferred; strong leadership and patient-flow coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize ED patient flow and bed placement.
• Coordinate with physicians and ED staff to minimize interruptions and improve communication.
• Monitor room availability and patient throughput; ensure orders and procedures are coordinated.
