Job summary

Responsibilities

• Log incident reports and handle emergency calls in dispatch office
• Assess needs and build rapport with customers in service interactions
• Respond to emails and submit maintenance work orders promptly
• Answer phone calls from the public and provide information or route to appropriate department
• Coordinate team coverage and assign tasks via two-way radio and shift reports
• Communicate daily with clients to maintain first-class relationships and relay requirements
