Job summary

Block by Block in Reno is seeking a capable Dispatcher to support hospitality, maintenance, and safety teams across accounts. You will assign, coordinate, and dispatch field staff, monitor shift coverage, and maintain clear documentation through two-way radio and MS Office tools.

The role emphasizes strong communication, rapid problem solving, and excellent customer service as you respond to incidents, log reports, and liaise with clients to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Dispatch experience required.
• De-escalation and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign, coordinate and dispatch team members to cover the district via two-way radio.
• Verify and report outcomes of daily shift assignments and tasks.
• Ensure reports are completed and submitted on shift.
• Coordinate maintenance repair calls and written requests.
• Communicate with clients daily to maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with internal staff to resolve challenges and deliver service.
