Responsibilities

• Assign, coordinate and dispatch team members via two-way radio to ensure district coverage.
• Verify and report daily shift assignments, projects and tasks.
• Complete and submit shift reports and work orders electronically.
• Handle maintenance repair calls and written requests efficiently.
• Maintain service delivery and timely completion of work orders and projects.
• Communicate with clients daily to sustain strong relationships using multiple channels.
