Job summary

Block by Block is seeking a Dispatcher to back Hospitality, Maintenance and Safety Teams nationwide. The role involves logging incidents, coordinating field staff, and handling emergency calls with proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick decision-making. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

You will manage shift assignments, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely work orders are completed while maintaining high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills verbal and written in English.
• Experience in dispatch operations and coordinating multiple teams.
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve problems quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Log incident reports and handle emergency calls in the dispatch office.
• Coordinate and dispatch team members to ensure proper coverage across the district via two-way radio.
• Assign, verify and report outcomes of daily shift tasks and projects.
• Respond to emails and submit maintenance work orders efficiently.
• Communicate with clients daily to maintain strong relationships using multiple channels.
• Work with internal staff to resolve customer requirements and issues.
