Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; telecommunications license preferred.
• Experience with public safety dispatch and familiarity with LAS/911-like systems is a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch patrol officers to calls and coordinate emergency responses.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency lines to triage incidents.
• Maintain 24/7 communications and data in the CAD system.
• Enter and relay information via TEL-System and related databases.
• Monitor alarms and surveillance as needed; support police operations.
