Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch resources via two-way radio.
Coordinate with Law Enforcement and Incident Response Units to ensure proper resources are deployed.
Monitor roadway cameras and notify the public of incidents affecting traffic.
Disseminate information and maintain detailed records in accordance with procedures.
Operate in a 24/7 shift environment, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
