Global Medical Response is seeking a Dispatcher in Milwaukie, Oregon. The role involves routing transportation orders to external providers, handling same-day requests, and supporting multiple departments. It is a full-time, on-site position with an hourly pay of $22.00.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of routing/dispatch experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Office software and strong organizational abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch and route transportation orders to external providers.
• Process same-day and urgent requests, coordinating with providers.
• Identify recurring transports and assign to consistent providers.
• Resolve trip issues with providers (late arrivals, no-shows).
• Provide customers with trip confirmations and ETAs; manage communications.
