Global Medical Response in Milwaukie, OR is seeking a Dispatcher to manage routing of transportation orders to external providers. The role supports ComTrans with same-day dispatch and urgent requests, operating in a safety-sensitive environment.

The position requires 2–4 years of routing/dispatch experience, strong English communication, and the ability to learn routing software quickly. Regular full-time hours are provided, with a graveyard shift noted.

• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience: 2-4 years experience in routing and dispatch.
• Age: All employees must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch management of routing transportation orders to external providers.
• Process same day and urgent requests with providers.
• Identify recurring transports for consistent providers.
• Resolve trip issues with providers (late/no-shows).
• Review trip requests for accuracy (address, times).
• Communicate with customers and providers to confirm ETAs.
• Data entry as required
• Other duties as assigned.
