Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus two years of related dispatching experience or operating a two-way radio.

• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, or service vehicles based on trouble calls.
• Loan out pool vehicles to authorized employees.
• Enter and dispatch work orders; relay information to crews and inspectors.
• Monitor fire alarm and security systems; report breaches.
• Use multi-channel radios and paging systems; coordinate communications.
• Maintain records of requests, services, charges, and inventory.
• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation processes.
