Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years PBX or emergency call-taking/dispatching experience or operating a 2-way radio.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License, background check, and security clearance ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and triage requests.
• Enter and update service calls in the dispatch system.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems and report breaches.
• Coordinate inter-departmental and multi-agency responses during emergencies.
• Prepare reports for various agencies and departments.
