Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related dispatching experience.
• Knowledge of dispatch procedures and customer service.
• Ability to use two-way radios and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and dispatches workers, crews, equipment, or service vehicles to locations per trouble calls.
• Enter and dispatch work order service requests and relay information to crews.
• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation processes.
• Monitor security and CCTV equipment and report breaches.
• Maintain logs of requests, services, and inventory; answer questions from customers.
