Job summary

Block by Block in Memphis is seeking a dispatch and operations coordinator to keep the district running smoothly. You’ll log incidents, coordinate maintenance requests, and use handheld devices to submit reports while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Daily duties include assigning and tracking team coverage via two-way radio, responding to client needs by phone or email, and collaborating with team leads and managers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Equivalent work experience is acceptable; fast-paced environment requires adaptability.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and detail-focused work ethic.
• Ability to move fluidly between tasks while remaining nimble.

Responsibilities

• Assign, coordinate, and dispatch team members to ensure district coverage via two-way radio.
• Verify and report outcomes of daily shift assignments and tasks.
• Ensure reports are completed and submitted using handheld devices.
• Coordinate maintenance repair calls and written requests.
• Maintain client relationships via phone, email, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal staff to resolve client requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
