Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving emergency and non-emergency phone calls for the Protective Services dispatch center.
• Monitor life safety systems including fire, intrusion alarms and video surveillance.
• Use CAD to enter information and provide information to Telecommunications Officers to deploy resources.
• Support telecommunication operations and related activities in accordance with university policies.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under stressful conditions.
