Job summary

Huntington Place / ASM Global is seeking a Command Center Specialist to manage dispatch, monitoring, and communications for daily security operations. You will coordinate with Supervisors, Officers, and facility management, ensuring accurate records and rapid response to incidents in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role requires 3+ years in dispatch or security communications, strong English communication, and proficiency with CCTV systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education - High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
• Experience – 3+ years in dispatch, communications, or call center operations in security or emergency response.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• CCTV system operating experience.
• Able to sit 8 hours with typing; listen and respond on radio.
• Basic computer knowledge; Microsoft Suite.
• Strong oral, written, and listening skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls and dispatch security personnel.
• Coordinate patrol operations via communication and surveillance systems.
• Prioritize and dispatch personnel for service calls.
• Maintain electronic and written records for the department and center.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
• Contact emergency personnel as needed.
• Record-keeping via computerized and paper systems.
• Execute additional duties assigned by supervision or management.
