We value service, integrity, and clear communication, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and accuracy. The role requires a valid FL Security D license, a high school diploma, and the ability to work across multiple sites and shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience and one year of verifiable security experience.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access control systems from the Security Operations Center.
• Dispatch officers and coordinate response to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and shift logs with clear, concise details.
• Operate dispatch/monitoring platforms and manage high-pressure communications.
