Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Dispatcher for the North America Operations Center. The role involves monitoring security systems, dispatching responders, and coordinating emergency communications 24/7.

The ideal candidate has security and customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism and excellent work ethic in a fast-paced environment, on a Saturday through Wednesday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Non-Commissioned security license through Texas required
• Previous dispatch experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with report writing and surveillance systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
• Monitor CCTV for unsafe conditions, security violations, and door status.
• Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders.
• Manage calls and alerts via internal system and national weather services.
• Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
• Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions).
• Operate internal comms systems and badge software with professionalism.
