Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Unit Technician to support nursing staff on the floor, performing designated duties under supervision and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

You will assist with ECGs, splinting, and 24/7 surveillance in the Cardiac Unit, collaborate with nurses and clinicians, and participate in emergency response plans as needed.

The role requires 18+ years with 12 college credits or a HS diploma with Nursing Assistant training; BLS orientation is provided.

Formación

• 18 years old with 12 college credits, or HS diploma with Nursing Assistant training.
• Basic computer knowledge; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, writing and listening skills; team-oriented.
• BLS certification included in orientation; must be completed before patient care day.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient care on the unit under supervision.
• Perform ECGs and splinting; support ED and cardiac unit tasks.
• Collaborate with nurses and clinicians during emergencies.
• Apply emergency response plans and Lucas device as directed.
