Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and discharge planning.
• Document care and collaborate with the health care team.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures and tests.
