Formación

• Post-secondary education or training in medical office administration or healthcare administration.
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare settings such as patient registration or front desk.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and families professionally and compassionately.
• Registers patients for emergency services and collects required information.
• Verifies identity and insurance details for accurate billing.
• Obtains consent forms and explains each consent before signing.
• Documents and updates patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
• Supports insurance verification and payment collection when applicable.
• Maintains clear communication with clinical teams and departments.
