Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CAC certification must be completed within 120 days of employment.
• Bilingual candidates and healthcare experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensures data integrity for patient demographics, insurance and admission information.
• Verifies patient insurance and applies payer requirements for reimbursement.
• Maintains accurate documentation on patient accounts for workflow efficiency.
• Supports department coverage including Admitting or ED as directed.
• Participates in holiday coverage rotation and departmental meetings.
• Communicates effectively with patients and staff across diverse cultures.
