Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hospital/clinic/customer service experience; or 2 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to use data entry and various software to access patient information.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff performance and productivity with audits on performance.
• Collaborates with leadership to set monthly department goals based on metrics.
• Manages patient flow and staffing to minimize wait times.
• Facilitates conflict mitigation and removes barriers to performance.
• Schedules staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Interviews and coordinates training for new hires.
• Adapts communication and service style to diverse patient populations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
