Responsibilities

• Register patients and gather information for accurate records, including MRN, referrals, authorizations, and payment collection.
• Receive and route messages; handle billing and payment inquiries as needed.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out, verify demographics/insurance, obtain signatures and witness forms.
• Discuss eligibility, payment options, and price estimates with patients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; document and route information according to guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel; assist with reports as needed.
• Provide proactive customer service and support clinical staff as part of the patient care team.
