You will follow structured procedures and coordinate with dispatch teams to relay essential information.

The position involves rotating shifts, potential nights and weekends, and on-the-job training with certification. A background check and eligibility screening are required.

• Forward incident information promptly to dispatch function.
• Help distressed callers focus on essential questions and instructions.
• Use language-access and accessibility resources when needed.
• Provide pre-arrival instructions within training and certification.
