Six Flags Entertainment Corporation seeks an Dispatch Center Operator to manage emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor park radio channels, and coordinate park personnel. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a calm demeanor in high-stress situations.

You will support daily park operations, track attendance, and ensure guest-first service while maintaining safety and efficiency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Windows-based Word and Excel.
• Dispatch, customer service, or security experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay motivated.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, guest-first orientation.
• Calm under high-stress situations.
• Flexible schedule / open availability.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper operating procedures.
• Open and close park daily year-round.
• Manage all park radio channels.
• Dispatch park personnel to calls.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Enforce radio policies and maintain professionalism.
• Log ride downtime and security activity.
• Log ride wait times.
• Complete hourly attendance tracking.
• Communicate with sister park and share information.
• Dispatch emergencies calmly.
• Ensure Guest First Standards are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.
