Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and records calls on telephone and radio; directs calls to staff or agencies.
• Monitors radio frequencies for law enforcement, fire, wrecker, and ambulance personnel.
• Dispatches appropriate units for emergencies and animal control.
• Performs records checks and data entry for officer activities and logs.
• Maintains files and updates logs; enters information into criminal information systems.
