Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line E911 and non-emergency calls from the public.
• Rapidly assess call nature to determine response.
• Dispatch officers, fire units, EMS, and animal control using two-way radios.
• Log incident details into CAD systems in real time.
• Run background checks and TCIC/NCIC queries.
• Monitor field unit locations to coordinate backup and safety.
• Process administrative records as needed.
