Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Emergency Care Sales Representative in Virginia to promote and sell Fire/EMS solutions, including Defibrillators and AEDs, to pre-hospital providers.

You will achieve quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales, build credibility with fire chiefs and medical directors, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth and patient outcomes. This role is 100% commission with bonuses and requires travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota through consultative Pre-Hospital sales and demonstrations.
• Become Emergency Care expert for fire EMS professionals and administrators.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide responsive service.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth and manage budgets.
