Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Emergency Care Sales Representative in Richmond, VA to promote and sell Fire EMS solutions to pre-hospital providers. You’ll work with defibrillators, AEDs, and chest compression systems while building trusted customer relationships and meeting quotas.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, collaboration with marketing and support teams, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 100% commission with bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care products to meet customer needs.
• Achieve assigned quota using a consultative Pre-Hospital sales approach, including demonstrations and programs.
• Build credibility with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators through product knowledge and market insight.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service and accurate, on-time shipments.
• Display competence in market research, new product introduction, and P&L awareness.
