Stryker seeks a Hospital (Emergency Care) – Sales Representative to promote and sell Emergency Care solutions to healthcare providers. You will handle Defibrillators, AEDs, and Chest Compression systems, build relationships, answer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders to drive growth.

Join a team focused on meeting quotas, collaborating with marketing and support, and staying informed on industry trends and regulatory shifts to position Stryker products effectively in the market.

Formación

• High school diploma with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence is required.
• May involve lifting up to 75 pounds and other physical demands.

Responsabilidades

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of all related products and programs.
• Become the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert as you work with nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
• Your knowledge of products and competitors builds credibility with customers.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and providing a highly responsive level of service.
• Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
