Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a detail-oriented payments operations analyst to analyze and resolve day-to-day issues within a business unit. The role focuses on supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and reporting, including exception processing.

Responsibilities include repairing complex wire payments for EMEA clients, learning wire lifecycle, and coordinating implementations of new products and services while maintaining high accuracy and strong collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with wires or research and analysis in a production environment.
• Ability to multitask using various systems/applications.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication/organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Schedule is Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm EST.
• Overtime as needed.
• Position requires adherence to London holiday schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze wire instructions to repair complex wire payments for EMEA clients.
• Adhere to production standards and maintain accuracy while executing procedures.
• Learn and understand payment processing, wire lifecycle, and wire settlement flows.
• Navigate multiple processing applications during research and exception processing.
• Adapt to procedural, system, and operational changes within wire processing functions.
• Collect and interpret data to validate operational processes.
• Coordinate implementation for products, services, and operational solutions.
• Support design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services.
• Provide guidance on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Expand product knowledge within operations environment.
• Build relationships with partners and teammates.
• Inspect data to identify issues and trends.
