Job summary

LogicGate is seeking an EMEA Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical advisor, platform architect, and strategic partner for enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. You will map client processes to Risk Cloud, drive adoption, and identify expansion paths while insulating your portfolio from churn.

You will forecast renewal health, manage risks, and educate risk teams on built-in AI capabilities and automation to reduce admin overhead.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions consulting, or technical customer success.
• Executive communication experience delivering to C-suite risk executives.
• Enterprise SaaS experience in governance, risk, or compliance.
• Active use of generative AI tools to optimize workflows and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and platform architect for assigned enterprise accounts in the EMEA region.
• Map client processes to Risk Cloud, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and reduce churn.
• Maintain single source of truth for portfolio health with MSPs and CRM updates.
• Forecast renewal health and escalate risks with proactive retention actions.
• Educate customers on Risk Cloud AI features and automation to reduce admin work.
• Lead European regulatory guidance on GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 within the platform.
