Job summary

Workleap is seeking a Partner Development Manager – EMEA to be the first structured contact for new and emerging partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, turning early curiosity into revenue and driving adoption of ShareGate's migration and governance solutions.

You will build a scalable partner framework, coordinate with QBS Software, and optimize the pipeline with strong follow-up discipline, AI-enabled workflows, and a proven track record in channel sales with IT resellers or MSPs.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in partner development, channel sales, or IT solution sales.
Experience with IT resellers or MSPs and understanding of indirect channels.
Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (migration, governance).
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
Comfort using AI tools daily as a work accelerator.

Responsibilities

Convert inbound EMEA partner inquiries into revenue-generating partnerships.
Drive adoption of ShareGate Protect within the partner ecosystem.
Build a scalable partner development framework with pipeline tracking and re-engagement sequences.
Coordinate with QBS Software to ensure smooth onboarding and first transactions.
Improve time-to-first-transaction with disciplined outreach across many conversations.
Integrate AI tools to summarize calls and analyze engagement patterns.
