Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full life cycle hiring across EMEA and APAC from a 100% remote UK base. You will partner with senior leaders, shape hiring plans, and build proactive pipelines for leadership, sales, product, and support roles.

You will craft country-specific search strategies, manage a high-quality candidate experience, and collaborate with the People team to extend offers and negotiate terms, while embracing Nerdio’s culture and values across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience, tech/SaaS a must.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including GTM, product, support.
• Proven success recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC, with regional market knowledge.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline building and relationship skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a TA advisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting across EMEA and APAC for leadership, sales, marketing and product.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and timelines.
• Develop country-specific search strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offers in partnership with People team.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and share hiring metrics.
