Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Manager to join a global technology business on a permanent basis in the UK. The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams across Europe and internationally to improve commercial performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Project Management, Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
• Proven experience supporting cross-functional commercial projects.
• Hands-on with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and lead management or digital marketing tools.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and sales/marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Experience with project governance, Lean Marketing or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional Sales, Marketing and Product Management projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic commercial growth initiatives.
• Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement and improving conversion rates.
• Enhance alignment between regional sales teams, product management, marketing and other functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management, customer experience and sales processes.
• Support data-driven analytics to optimise go-to-market strategies.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Track milestones, risks and actions, updating senior stakeholders regularly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across sales and marketing processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver measurable business improvements.
