Job summary

Kardex is seeking a Manager Marketing & Communications EMEA to lead and grow BPM across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, the Middle East and South Africa. This role collaborates with regional sales and service teams and distributors to plan data-driven marketing initiatives and build a strong lead pipeline for indirect sales channels.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages (French/Arabic) are a plus.
• Proven B2B marketing & communications experience in international environments.
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation, CRMs, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing activities (digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, customer activities, sales enablement).
• Create engaging B2B content across the buying journey (customer stories, videos, thought leadership, social content).
• Develop multi-channel inbound campaigns to build awareness, engagement, conversion and demand.
• Drive lead generation and nurture activities in collaboration with Sales; ensure qualification and handover of opportunities.
