Job summary

Ema is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the UK and Europe events calendar, collaborating with BDR, Sales, and Product teams. This role requires building and operating end-to-end events across multiple European markets, including London and Paris, with strong project management and scrappy budget handling.

You will drive regional event programs, sponsor selections, and cross-border logistics while ensuring pipeline is generated and fed efficiently to Sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of field marketing, event marketing or demand-gen experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Startup experience is required.
• Knowledge of the European event circuit and markets (London, Paris, DACH, etc.).
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle 5+ events across countries.

Responsibilities

• Regional Event Planning: own UK/Europe event calendar within global strategy and budget.
• Event Execution & Operations: manage end-to-end logistics for conferences, tradeshows and hosted events.
• Pipeline & Sales Alignment: coordinate pre/post-event activities to drive leads and pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with AI Strategy, Product Marketing and Design for on-brand assets.
• Measurement & Optimisation: track leads, pipeline, ROI and optimize program.
