Hostaway is seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Manager to lead a fully remote team across Europe, driving revenue growth for our vacation rental platform. You will craft and execute a regional sales strategy, coach Account Executives, and collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to capture market share.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sales, 2-3 in leadership, and deep SaaS experience with strong English skills and a track record of remote team success.

Formación

• 5+ years in a sales role with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or manager position (B2B SaaS).
• Experience in vacation rental, property management, or hospitality tech is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market with knowledge of cultural nuances and languages.
• Proven track record leading fully remote, geographically distributed sales teams.
• Fluent English; proficiency in at least one other major European language preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a high-performing remote Account Executive team across the EMEA region.
• Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and conduct regular coaching and pipeline reviews.
• Develop and implement the EMEA go-to-market strategy to capture market share.
• Own the sales pipeline from lead to close and ensure revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align strategy and feedback.
