Hostaway, an industry-leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform, is expanding its NAM presence in 2026 and seeking high-impact Account Executives. This is a fully remote role for candidates located within North America, aligned with EST or CST time zones to collaborate effectively with the team.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing, product and customer success to tailor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets in North American markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Own the full sales cycle with inbound and outbound activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor solutions.
• Provide market insights to inform North American expansion.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent Hostaway at events to build brand awareness.
