Job summary

Vision Markets is seeking a Regional Sales Manager EMEA to drive growth in the machine vision sector. Based on existing clients, you will develop and execute sales strategies across the EMEA region and collaborate with Marketing, FAE, and Product Management to identify target customers and verticals.

You will manage relationships with OEMs and channel partners while pursuing new business opportunities, delivering strategic plans, and contributing to a dynamic, goal-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in machine vision.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• Experience in direct selling to OEMs or managing channel partners.
• Strong proactive business acumen, analytical ability, and consultative solution selling.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients and expand business relationships.
• Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth.
• Cooperate with Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Product Management to share customer and market know-how.
• Manage, support and identify channel partners; sell directly to end-customers and OEMs.
