Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment sectors.
• Experience managing regional sales territories, distributors, and customer accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and territory management strategies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Identify new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within targeted industries.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and sales meetings to promote EMAG products and services.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to support customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing, and commercial agreements; support contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and activity records in company systems.
• Participate in trade shows, demonstrations, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with global teams on opportunities and strategic initiatives.
