Job summary

RudderStack Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and build our EMEA region from day one, leading sales from strategy to close with a focus on Enterprise opportunities. You will partner across Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams, and report to the EMEA Regional MD for mentorship and growth.

You will shape territory strategy, build the regional go-to-market motion, and scale the team as the market expands, leveraging MEDDPICC and a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing Enterprise SaaS deals.
• Experience selling data space or analytics platforms is preferred.
• Experience selling AI/agentic software solutions is a plus.
• Able to operate as a senior, self-sufficient rep building from scratch.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and enterprise buying cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EMEA go-to-market and manage a territory spanning all segments, focusing on Enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans with the EMEA MD.
• Build trusted executive and technical relationships across Engineering, Data, Analytics, Platform, and AI teams.
• Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from prospecting to close, meeting revenue targets.
• Present RudderStack's evolution to an Agentic CDP to executive and technical audiences.
