Job summary

n8n is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined Northern Europe territory (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux), building pipeline and closing six/seven-figure deals.

You’ll run a full-cycle enterprise motion, engage technical and business buyers, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, CS to accelerate deals.

Open-source ethos and remote-first culture with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS roles.
• Existing network in Northern Europe enterprises and languages.
• Proven multi-stakeholder deal closes.
• Expert in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification.
• Executive and technical buyer fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets in defined Northern Europe territory.
• Build pipeline via outbound prospecting and careful territory planning.
• Lead discovery and MEDDIC-based qualification.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to signature.
• Translate technical value to business outcomes and engage cross-functional teams.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in CRM.
• Collaborate with SE, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, CS to accelerate deals.
