Job summary
ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers across the book of 40–50 clients, ensuring value delivery and long-term adoption of our AI-powered products.
In this remote role, you will own renewals and expansions, monitor product usage, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Customer Success in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Experience delivering value to enterprise customers with technical, mission-critical products.
- Commercial focus: renewals and expansions to drive revenue.
- Strong builder mindset with customer-excellence and scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communicator across all levels of customer organizations.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a scalable CS playbook and framework for EMEA.
- Build and maintain relationships with a book of 40–50 enterprise clients.
- Onboard new clients and drive long-term adoption across products.
- Monitor usage and identify opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Own renewals and expansions; manage CS KPIs (NRR/GRR).
- Contribute to CS OKRs and cross-functional collaboration.
